About Me
I build turnarounds — of brands, of businesses, and of people.
From investment banking boardrooms to nutrition clinics, from global M&A deals to decoding PCOD and gut health — my journey has always followed one guiding principle: go deep, fix the root, unlock growth.
I started my career as a Chartered Accountant and honed my analytical skills at KPMG and Deloitte. I later earned my MBA from INSEAD, where I immersed myself in global business strategy, private equity, and D2C ecosystems. I’ve led high-stakes transformations across e-commerce, food & beverage, and consumer brands — including launching and scaling products for the US market and leading growth at Swiggy’s F&B vertical.
But my biggest turnaround began when I chose to heal my own PCOD naturally — without pills or short-cuts — through nutrition, gut repair, and lifestyle changes. That experience became the foundation of my health-tech venture, where we now help hundreds reverse chronic gut issues by combining clinical science with holistic care.
